Minister for Aboriginal Affairs
From being a union official to a small business owner, a mum, to a Minister, Natalie has dedicated herself to fighting for workers, and ensuring a better future for Victorian residents.
In 2010 she was elected to represent the seat of Keilor, continuing her work for the people of Victoria as Shadow Minister for Ports, Freight and Logistics and the Shadow Minister for Industrial Relations from 2013.
Upon the election of the Andrews Government in 2014, Natalie was appointed as the Minister for Local Government, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Minister for Industrial Relations.
As a Minister, Natalie continues her advocacy for a fair industrial relations framework, equity and job security for workers across the state.
